Electronic dynamometer AG/MC 2 with extensometer

<p>The AG/MC 2 model is a universal, single-column electronic dynamometer designed for tensile, compression, bending and cutting tests, even on soft or elastic materials. Integrated with a high-resolution extensometer, it enables direct measurement of deformation along the useful length of the specimen. It is particularly suitable for testing cords, leather, elastomers, silicones and plastics in general. </p>

<p>The machine is equipped with interchangeable load cells (up to 5000 N), touch-screen console, membrane keyboard and dual backlit graphic display. The system allows programming of complex cycles (constant load, hysteresis, variable speeds, etc.) and real-time reading of: </p> <ul> <li>Applied load and peak load</li> <li>Elongation in mm and %</li> <li>Number of cycles set</li> </ul> <p>Crosshead speed (up to 900 mm/min)<br /> Control is possible from the panel and via PC, thanks to the RS232 or Ethernet interface and Windows-compatible software.</p>

<p>The AG/MC 2 dynamometer has a travel of 1250 mm, weighs 120 kg and measures 630×490×1785 mm. It features a dedicated microprocessor, overload protection system for the load cells and automatic calibration program. The extensometer gauge length is adjustable from 10 to 100 mm, with a resolution of 0.01 mm and accuracy of ±0.5%.<br /> On request, custom programs and configurations are available, tailored to the customer’s specific application needs. </p>
